Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Makeup Faculty based in Hyderabad. The Makeup Faculty will be responsible for creating and delivering makeup courses, conducting workshops, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include developing course content, staying updated on the latest trends and techniques, providing personalized feedback to students, and supporting their creative and professional growth. Collaborating with the team to ensure the courses are engaging and meet industry standards is also an essential aspect of this role. Qualifications - Expertise in professional makeup techniques, including bridal, editorial, and stage makeup - Understanding of product application, skin types, and skincare essentials - Strong ability to educate and mentor students with varying levels of expertise - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Passion for teaching and empowering others to achieve career success - Relevant certification in makeup artistry or beauty therapy - Experience in the beauty industry or educational field is highly desirable - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic group environments - Strong organizational and time-management skills
