Role Overview

As a Junior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and end users. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure compliance with IT policies. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, assisting with device management, and contributing to IT projects.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be a proactive learner, an effective communicator, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and management (Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune).
- Support user account management in Entra and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor and respond to IT service requests using ticketing systems (ITSM).
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of security controls (MFA, endpoint protection).
- Help document IT processes and maintain compliance with IT policies (including ISO 27001).
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality IT support.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in an IT support or analyst role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Awareness of Azure fundamentals (Azure AD, resource groups, VMs, RBAC) is a plus.
- Exposure to device management tools (Intune) and basic scripting (PowerShell) is desirable.
- Understanding of IT service management and ticketing systems.
- Awareness of IT security best practices and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
