Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 3+ UI/UX designers, driving quality and timely delivery of design work.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Product Managers, and Game Designers to understand briefs and translate them into clutter-free, user-centric, trendy, and engaging UI for mobile games.
- Research and analyze top mobile games to stay updated on design best practices and industry trends.
- Design UI elements such as flows, menus, HUDs, iconography, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create or refine wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows based on requirements or feedback.
- Ensure visual consistency, style, and CX obsession across all UI elements.
- Make informed design decisions independently, while presenting and defending design concepts effectively.
- Maintain alignment with gameplay experience and player engagement goals.

Background and Experience

- 67 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile games/apps.
- Proven track record of leading a design team and shipping 10+ apps/games as a UI/UX Designer.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent design field experience.
- Expertise with prototyping and design tools (Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong graphic design foundation (color theory, composition, typography).
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Unity 3D is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, creative workflows, and UX optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
- Team player with passion for mobile gaming and detail-oriented mindset.
