Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead UI Developer to lead our front-end development team in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric applications.The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in modern web technologies, UI/UX best practices, and team leadership.This role requires a hands-on leader who can design, code, mentor, and drive the development of high quality user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional Roles & Responsibilities & Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI developers to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of UI components and features.- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment within the team.UI Development & Technical Ownership :- Architect, design, and develop responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.- Take ownership of UI architecture, design patterns, and reusable components.- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into high-quality code.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless implementation of visual & Best Practices :- Establish and enforce UI coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.- Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.- Ensure compatibility across different browsers, platforms, and & Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest front-end frameworks, tools, and UI/UX trends.- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience.- Drive automation, CI/CD integration, and DevOps alignment in the front-end development Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 7- 10 years of professional experience in front-end/UI development.- 2- 3 years of experience in a team lead or senior Skills : Must Have :- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).- Expertise in modern UI frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.- Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Vuex, etc.- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).- Hands-on experience with REST APIs / GraphQL integration.- Proficiency with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.), and Agile/Scrum to Have :- Knowledge of UI performance optimization and security best practices.- Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js/Nuxt.js.- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Skills :- Strong leadership, mentorship, and conflict-resolution skills.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.- Strong communication and stakeholder management.- Ability to balance hands-on coding with team management responsibilities (ref:hirist.tech)
