- Data-driven mindset – Data-driven mindset – Ability to interpret marketing analytics, set up basic dashboards, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Attention to detail – Ensuring execution quality across all campaigns.
- Proactive & solution-oriented – Ability to identify gaps and optimize marketing strategies.
