About the Job

Position: Manager Marketing & Demand Generation

Location: Noida

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Manager Marketing & Demand Generation with extensive experience in SEO, website management, event coordination, run digital campaigns for lead generation. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with marketing software like Zoho/HubSpot and will take the lead in managing and developing the company's social media platforms and online presence. This role is critical for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring the success of both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Management:

Oversee the optimization of the company's website for SEO performance, user experience, and lead generation. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the site is aligned with marketing goals and provides a seamless user journey.

Content Development:

Lead the creation and management of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for search engines.

Event Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, with a particular focus on events in the SAP ecosystem. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align event goals with business objectives. Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.

Digital Outreach & Lead Generation:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (email campaigns, paid ads, social media campaigns) to increase lead generation. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Develop and implement social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals, increasing engagement, followers, and brand recognition.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, website traffic, lead generation efforts, and event success. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to provide actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to marketing efforts. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary to achieve marketing objectives.

Must have:

  • Around 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, content management, website management, lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital outreach strategies for lead generation, including email marketing, social media.
  • Has led digital marketing initiatives for enterprise SAAS that is more global - particularly for US and European markets.
  • Helped organizing and identifying relevant events.
  • Understands B2B domain and the data ecosystem.

Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms and social media management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Good to have

  • Experience working within the SAP ecosystem or with SAP partners for event coordination and marketing efforts.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), web development best practices, and basic HTML/CSS.
