Role: NOC Lead Experience: 10 - 15 Location: Hyderabad Fulltime - Hybrid Experience: - 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud environment management, and network monitoring. - Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals. - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network systems. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the NOC team. - Drive continuous evaluation of network performance, recommending and implementing improvements based on industry’s best practices and emerging technologies. - Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on service metrics and KPIs. - ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred). - Ensure that network issues are resolved within established SLAs. - Collaborate with other NOC Shift Leads and teams to address cross-functional issues. - Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Ready to work in 24/7 operational model. 📧 Apply now via LinkedIn Easy Apply or share your resume at pramod@intellistaff.in
