Welcome to Warner Bros Discovery the stuff dreams are made of Who We Are When we say the stuff dreams are made of we re not just referring to the world of wizards dragons and superheroes or even to the wonders of Planet Earth Behind WBD s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands are the storytellers bringing our characters to life the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what s next From brilliant creatives to technology trailblazers across the globe WBD offers career defining opportunities thoughtfully curated benefits and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves Here you are supported here you are celebrated here you can thrive WBD PTP Director Company Overview Every great story has a new beginning WBD is a premier global media and entertainment company offering audiences the world s most differentiated and complete portfolio of content brands and franchises across television film sports news streaming and gaming We re home to the world s best storytellers creating world-class products for consumers From brilliant creatives to technology trailblazers and beyond join us as we step into the next chapter The Job This position exists to support and lead Procure to Pay PTP workstreams of Warner Bros Discovery This person will develop and deliver plans of action with the purpose of driving successful outcomes and effective customer relationships resulting in improved Procure to Pay processes and related working capital efforts This role will have managerial responsibilities over a direct team performing tasks including but not limited to procure to pay processes SOX compliance dispute management maintaining a robust controls environment and working closely with offshore BPO operations The Daily Provide oversite and functional leadership to the Procure to Pay Shared Service Center by leading end-to-end PTP processes and guiding global BPO services Identify and sponsor strategic initiatives aimed at improving the order to cash process invoice accuracy cash inflow and reducing operational cost Collaborate cross functionally within the organization improve PTP processes and provide excellent service to internal and external customers Build strong relationships and work closely with finance Treasury BPO and operational leadership as it pertains to the organization and delivery of the order to cash process Manages key metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements KPI s and benchmarks against industry leaders Cultivates an environment that encourages maximum productivity and service effectiveness professional development open communication and teamwork The Essentials Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred Fluent in English mandatory Minimum 14 -
