Job Description: Digital Commerce Operations Specialist We are seeking a skilled Digital Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and support the online operations of a USA-based firm. The role includes handling product listings, maintaining catalog accuracy, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating order processing, and ensuring smooth daily workflow across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update online product listings accurately. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. - Track orders, returns, and fulfillment activities. - Analyze product performance and recommend improvements. - Communicate daily with the USA-based team for seamless operations. - Handle backend tasks and assist with customer-related issues. - Prepare basic reports on sales, listings, and inventory. Required Skills - 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online operations. - Strong understanding of digital marketplace workflows. - Good communication skills for coordination with international teams. - Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with multitasking. - Proficient in MS Office and online dashboards.
