E-commerce and Operations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including order management, shipment tracking, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Manage and update product listings and pricing on various e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in managing physical store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers regarding their orders and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve the e-commerce platform's functionality and user experience.
- Identify and implement new sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and/or physical store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the decorative lighting industry would be an added advantage.
