Job Description Skills Knowledge Strong command over STAAD.Pro software (latest versions). Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles. Ability to model, analyze, and design: - Steel structures (buildings, trusses, towers, industrial sheds, etc.) - RCC structures (buildings, bridges, foundations, etc.) - Composite and special structures. Proficiency in loading standards (dead, live, wind, seismic, snow, temperature). Familiarity with international design codes (IS, AISC, ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.). Hands-on experience in RC design, steel design, foundation design, RAM and dynamic analysis. Knowledge of connections with other BIM tools (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, etc.). Communication skills: Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners. Good presentation and communication skills (English and/or local language). Experience in preparing training modules, course materials, and case studies. Skill in demonstrating real-world project workflows using STAAD.Pro. Ability to solve participants queries live and guide them step-by-step. Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Piping Draftsman / Designer (typically 25 years). - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or other piping design software. - Knowledge of piping standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO) and materials. - Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment layouts, and engineering drawings. - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (preferably postgraduate (MTECH) in Structures).
