Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a STAAD Pro Trainer located in Kerala, India. The STAAD Pro Trainer will deliver hands-on training sessions, guide students in mastering STAAD Pro software, and assist them in applying the software to structural analysis and design. Tasks include preparing course materials, offering practical demonstrations, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to ensure an engaging and productive learning experience. Qualifications - Proficiency in STAAD Pro, structural design, and analysis - Experience in teaching or training, curriculum planning, and delivering hands-on sessions - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Sound knowledge of engineering fundamentals and structural concepts - Familiarity with related tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a higher qualification is preferred - Ability to inspire and mentor students by fostering a positive learning environment
