We are seeking an experienced BIM Structural Engineer with a strong background in US-based wood construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of US codes, standards, and building requirements, and proven client management skills. You will play a key role in delivering coordinated and code-compliant structural BIM models and drawings while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the structural modeling and documentation of wood-framed buildings for US projects using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with US codes, standards and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability before submission.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Continuously stay updated with changes in US construction codes, BIM standards, and wood construction techniques.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with US wood construction projects in a BIM environment.
- Strong expertise in Revit Structure and other BIM software.
- knowledge of US structural codes and standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
