Job Description Job Role: Product Architect AI/ML Experience: 12+ years Location: Pune and Hyderabad Mode: 4 days WFO Role Summary Lead thetechnical vision and architecture for enterprise AI/ML healthcare products. Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and compliantAI/ML platforms. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with US-based stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Architect end-to-end AI/ML product solutionsfor clinical/healthcare data. - Design hybridAzure + on-premmulti-tenantSaaS architectures. - Define architecture principles, tech stack, NFRs(performance, HIPAA security, scalability). - Build and optimizeLLM fine-tuning pipelines (Llama, Mistral, Phi-3)andMLOps workflows. - Implement distributed training onAzure MLwithGPU clusters. - Develop model evaluation, synthetic data generation, versioning,A/B testing. - Architect microservices, data pipelines(ADF, Synapse, Databricks),CI/CD (Azure DevOps),and observability. - Lead PoCs, code reviews, debugging, production optimization. - Document architectural decisions,APIs,deployment guides. - Mentor engineers and collaborate acrossUS/India time zones. Must-Have Qualifications - ExpertPython, PyTorch, Transformers, production ML. - Deep experience fine-tuning and deployingLLMs. - Strong CUDA/NVIDIA GPU optimization knowledge. - Proven delivery of production-gradeAI products. - Solidsoftware engineering + DevOpsskills. - FlexibilityforUS time-zone overlap.
