Job Role: Product Architect AI/ML Experience: 12+ years Location: Pune and Hyderabad Mode: 4 days WFO Role Summary Lead the technical vision and architecture for enterprise AI/ML healthcare products . Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant AI/ML platforms . Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with US-based stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end AI/ML product solutions for clinical/healthcare data. Design hybrid Azure + on-prem multi-tenant SaaS architectures . Define architecture principles, tech stack, NFRs (performance, HIPAA security, scalability). Build and optimize LLM fine-tuning pipelines (Llama, Mistral, Phi-3) and MLOps workflows. Implement distributed training on Azure ML with GPU clusters. Develop model evaluation, synthetic data generation, versioning, A/B testing. Architect microservices, data pipelines (ADF, Synapse, Databricks) , CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and observability. Lead PoCs , code reviews, debugging, production optimization. Document architectural decisions, APIs, deployment guides. Mentor engineers and collaborate across US/India time zones. Must-Have Qualifications Expert Python, PyTorch, Transformers, production ML. Deep experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs. Strong C UDA/NVIDIA GPU optimization knowledge. Proven delivery of production-grade AI products. Solid software engineering + DevOps skills. Flexibility for US time-zone overlap. Key Competencies Strong technical leadership and ownership mindset Clear communication with tech and non-tech teams Ability to operate across strategy, architecture & hands-on execution
