transformative insights As a Data Operations Senior Associate in Wm Recon COE you conduct independent analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection integrity utilization requirements and analysis You apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope Use your elevated technical skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Operations Management to execute their strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls policies and procedures You ll participate in projects and provide support for various initiatives and any associated business transformation projects supporting Wm Reconciliations Center of Excellence You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives working across the whole project lifecycle researching new projects business process changes configuration changes or system modifications Through strong partnership with Business Operations and Technology counterparts you ll work on project deliverables Primary areas of focus include eliciting project or initiative requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys site visits business process descriptions use cases scenarios business analysis and task and workflow analysis Role will expect once to drive process improvements and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve excellence in recon operations Job responsibilities Lead and manage reconciliation projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Contributes to the delivery of information insights and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions by making recommendations for managing more complex situations Evaluates information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes Validates hypotheses mitigates risks and optimizes solutions Contributes significantly to the development of predictive models and data insights Sources and structures datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards utilizing Intelligence Automation to help with operational efficiency risk mitigation and process optimization where strategic solutions are not feasible Collaborates on functional requirements from stakeholders and translates into technical and data requirements Required qualifications capabilities and skills Minimum 5 years of Project experience and proven ability to gather analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution required in Business Finance Experience within a reconciliation or financial services environment Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and tools with expertise in iRecs Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Hands on experience in Alteryx Tableau- experience with data visualization and reporting tools Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments Highly disciplined self-motivated and delivery-focused with ability to work independently Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment Intermediate Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Excel Visio and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills Bachelor s degree Knowledge of query writing and execution using data analysis tools Certification in Data Technology Agile or
