Job Summary:

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in the Derivatives Confirmations team, you draft and affirm legal confirmations while understanding key legal aspects. You drive process efficiency, educate stakeholders, and escalate unexecuted documents promptly. You build strong relationships, resolve issues, and produce actionable reports for business partners.

Job Responsibilities:

- Draft and affirm legal confirmations for derivatives

- Drive efficiency and identify incorrect booking practices

- Educate Middle Office on booking impacts

- Escalate unissued or unexecuted documents promptly

- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams

- Investigate and resolve issues per business standards

- Oversee data gathering and analyze for MIS reporting

- Produce daily reports with actionable data for break resolution

- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues

- Report findings to Front, Middle, and Back Office teams

- Maintain high standards of control throughout trade lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Hold a Finance or Economics degree with minimum 9 years of relevant experience

- Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration abilities

- Apply ISDA and derivatives product knowledge

- Handle complex product coverage and shift priorities with ease

- Adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment

- Understand downstream impacts and maintain strong controls

- Work all shifts and show attention to detail and positive attitude

- Exhibit advanced interpersonal and business judgment skills

- Collaborate effectively with Middle Office and Trade Support teams

- Lead process improvements and control enhancements

- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

- Analyze data and produce actionable MIS reports

- Mentor team members and share product knowledge

- Support regulatory and audit readiness initiatives
