Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations at the plant level.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate with workers and staff for smooth communication.
- Monitor factory housekeeping, safety, and discipline.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Support training, awareness sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain HR-related documentation and reports.

Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate with factory workers and staff.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
