Marketing Manager

Location : chennai

Years of Experience : 10 to 12 yrs

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing and Branding Head to oversee and

execute our digital marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and establish a cohesive brand identity

across all digital platforms. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our core offerings and vision are

effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders through impactful content, marketing

collaterals, and strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

o Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand

awareness, engagement, and lead generation.o Oversee and manage all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email

marketing, and content marketing.

o Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve key

performance indicators (KPIs).

o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to

maintain a competitive edge.

Digital Branding and Communication

o Align branding initiatives with the companys core offerings and vision.

o Create, curate, and manage content for digital platforms to enhance brand visibility

and consistency.

o Set and maintain standards for internal and external communications to ensure

clarity and alignment with the brands identity.

o Develop and produce marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, email

campaigns) for internal and external stakeholders.

o Ensure the companys vision is reflected across all digital marketing and branding

efforts.

o Drive innovative storytelling and representation of the brand in digital formats.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with

business goals.

o Serve as a key point of contact for branding and communication inquiries from

various departments.

o Understand stakeholder needs and ensure timely delivery of relevant information

and materials.

Team Leadership and Budget Management

o Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve departmental

goals.

o Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize

ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within the IT industry.

Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ad management systems (e.g.,

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
