Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding, maintain compliance with employment laws, implement HR policies, and support employee engagement and development. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, addressing employee relations, coordinating training programs, and performing other HR functions to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - Experience in implementing HR policies, compliance management, and payroll processing - Proven ability to foster employee engagement and coordinate training or development programs - Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills - Proficiency in HR software and tools is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in healthcare or clinic settings is an advantage
