
Sales Lead

If your idea of a great day is chasing down leads, cracking deals, crushing targets, and waking up the next morning to do it all over again — we want you. We're looking for energetic, persuasive, high-stamina sales beasts who know how to hustle.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: cold calls, demos, negotiations, and closing deals
- Hunt down leads and convert them — no hand-holding here
- Hit aggressive monthly/quarterly KPIs (and break your own records)
- Work closely with marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach
- Be on the front lines — know what's working, and what isn't, and adapt fast
Who You Are:
- Fearless on the phone, bold in person, deadly on email
- Thrive under pressure — your best work happens with targets chasing you
- Hungry to learn, grow, and outperform everyone in the room
- Have 1–3 years of sales experience (or are a fresh graduate with a killer mindset)
- Speak and write clearly and confidently
