Job Summary:

Lead - Sales (Closing) to lead a team of 4-5 Sales Managers (Closing) in our interior design company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met, and optimizing the sales process for high-value interior design projects. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional closing skills, and a deep understanding of luxury/home interior sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4-5 Sales Managers (Closing) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance closing techniques.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices.

2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.

3. Client Relationship & Deal Closure:

  • Oversee high-value deal closures, ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to final payment.
  • Handle escalated client negotiations and objections to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

4. Process Optimization & Reporting:

  • Streamline the sales process for efficiency, from lead handover to final closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a high-ticket, consultative sales environment.
