Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven work experience as an HR Manager in the retail industry. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance evaluation. - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
