Job Purpose: The Executive - QA QC Project is responsible for executing quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with established quality norms at the project site. This role includes assisting in inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting the project team in implementing QA QC processes to meet contractual and regulatory requirements. The Executive works under the guidance of the Incharge - Project QA QC to ensure adherence to quality standards and facilitate seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

Executive QA QC Project

Quality Compliance & Execution

Assist in ensuring strict adherence to project-specific quality norms and BOQ, IS Codes, and regulatory requirements.

Support on-site quality monitoring by reviewing contractor and vendor compliance with QA QC standards.

On-Site Quality Inspections & Documentation

Conduct routine inspections of materials, site processes, and workmanship to validate compliance with project specifications.

Assist in maintaining quality logs, reports, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely updates for internal reviews.

Implementation Of Quality Control Procedures

Support the execution of defined quality control procedures, identifying and reporting quality issues as they arise.

Assist in snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Material & Process Verification

Assist in checking materials, mock-ups, and site works to confirm compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for material inspections and ensure compliance through external or factory visits if required.

Non-Conformance Management

Report non-conformances (NCs) and quality deviations, assisting in the resolution process under the supervision of the Incharge - Project QA QC.

Ensure timely closure of NCs by coordinating corrective measures with the project team.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to support the resolution of quality issues.

Assist in integrating quality feedback into site execution processes, ensuring continuous improvement.

Training & Awareness

Participate in and support quality orientation and training sessions for site teams to reinforce QA QC best practices.

Ensure all site personnel are aware of and follow standardized quality procedures.

Cost-Effective Quality Delivery

Support quality compliance within budget constraints, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards.

Assist in tracking quality performance metrics to minimize rework and enhance site efficiency.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering - Civil

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

4-8 Years

Preferred Industry

Experience on-site QA QC within real estate or construction.

Strong understanding of quality standards, documentation, and site-based problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in structural and finishing quality checks and compliance processes.

ISO Auditor Certification

Project Management Office Certification
