Elematic is a leading provider of innovative precast concrete production technology, solutions, and services, helping clients improve efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry. We are looking for a Deputy Manager (Maintenance) based in Alwar, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Should have hands-on experience on troubleshooting utility equipment, EoTs, machining equipment, welding equipment etc
  • Execution experience for implementing maintenance best practices.
  • Demonstrates a culture of 5S.
  • Able to make spare parts management system & control.
  • Implement practices related to TPM (Total productive maintenance).
  • Able to resolve PLC & drive related problems and have the capability to modify / make new PLC logic.
  • Monitor & control the maintenance budget as per the requirement.
Preferred Candidate :
  • Team member shall be punctual, willing to do extra work when required, demonstrate high quality of teamwork, able to do RCA with a mindset of reoccurrence prevention.
  • Required from a Japanese MNC.
Qualification & Experience:

We are looking B.E. / B.tech – Mechanical / Electrical with 8-10years of experience.
