Job Title Production Manager - Woven Sack Company Overview Woven Sack Company is a leading manufacturer of woven sacks committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our production operations and ensure the efficient manufacturing of our products Job Summary The Production Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and optimizing operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Production Oversight Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure that production schedules are met Quality Control Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications Team Management Lead train and motivate production staff to enhance performance and productivity Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste Inventory Management Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment Budget Management Assist in budget preparation and ensure production costs are within budgetary constraints Reporting Prepare regular reports on production performance quality issues and operational challenges Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing or a related field Proven experience as a Production Manager in the woven sack or packaging industry Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 90 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Work Location In person
