This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida JobType: full-time We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition in the IT Infrastructure space. This role demands a strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in winning large enterprise accounts and closing high-value infrastructure deals. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Identify, pursue, and acquire new enterprise customers for IT infrastructure solutions. - Assess market opportunities, define target accounts, and drive new logo acquisition. - Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers. - Own the complete sales lifecycle for enterprise solutions, including: - Data center and server solutions - Storage and networking - Information and cyber security - Cloud and hosting services - Business computing and power solutions - Surveillance, conference room solutions, and structured cabling - Software services, licensing, and compliance - Big data and analytics solutions - - Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue goals. - Track competitive intelligence and support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations. - Drive account growth through effective client retention, upselling, and long-term relationship management. Candidate Profile - MBA or graduate with strong experience in enterprise IT infrastructure sales. - Proven success in new business development and enterprise account acquisition. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Ability to understand complex infrastructure solutions and articulate value to enterprise customers.
