Primary Responsibilities: - Develop sophisticated generative AI algorithms and models to create new data samples, patterns, or content based on existing data or inputs - Conduct model testing, validation, and optimization to enhance performance - Collaborate with stakeholders to preprocess, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets - Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and practices - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - Graduate degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in AI/ML projects - Certifications in AI/ML - Experience implementing multiple machine learning and AI techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, Deep learning, NLP - Working experience of AI/ML projects deployed in Production - Experience in developing API's (FastAPI) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - Working experience on Copilot for Coding - Working experience of projects in Pharmacy area - Knowledge of UAIS - Knowledge of MLRB Process - Knowledge and Experience of working with Large Language Models, RAG, Transformers - Good understanding and Experience of GitHub Management, CodeQL etc. - Good Understanding of Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain - Proficiency with cloud development environments such as Azure - Proficiency with experience in ML and NLP - Proficiency in libraries such as Hugging face and OpenAI API - Proven good grasp of using LLMs, Deploying LLMs - Proven solid programming skills in Python
