3 00 PM IST Mid-Shift 12 30 PM IST - 21 30 PM IST Night Shift 6 30 PM IST - 3 00 AM How you ll make a difference key responsibilities Role includes assisting Team Lead and supervising a team resolving complex issues and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy The position acts as a critical support role to the Team Lead ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with organizational policies Performing end-to-end Billing activities and follow established policies procedures and management guidance Manage the daily activities by ensuring timeliness and meeting all required SLA Work closely with the team team lead manager and relevant offshore and onshore teams within O2C Tower in reaching goals and accomplishing the team vision Collaborate with internal external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately Distribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e g mail email and client portal uploads Qualifications The qualities that help you thrive Mandatory Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage complex project or milestone-driven billing activities in a fast-paced project environment Core experience leading the full billing cycle Knowledge of SLA KPI AND UAT The following qualifications and experience are highly desired We encourage you to apply all applications will be considered Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or any Business-related course 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in Billing Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls Experience working with ERP i e Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred Previous experience in process migration transition is preferred Experience working in Shared Services or BPO is preferred Demonstrated success in cross-cultural virtual team environments Additional Information Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a varied audience and internal and external customers Communication Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to initiate ways to improve customer support customer experience Customer Service Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors discrepancies issues Attention to Detail Ability to identify and resolve moderate and complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios Problem Solving Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency and productivity while adjusting to changes in work structure process and requirements Adaptability About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees Depending on your employment status AECOM benefits may include medical dental vision life AD D disability benefits paid time off leaves of absences voluntary benefits perks flexible work options well-being resources employee assistance program business travel insurance service recognition awards retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan AECOM is the global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world As a trusted professional services firm powered by deep technical abilities we solve our clients complex challenges in water environment energy transportation and buildings Our teams partner with public- and private-sector clients to create innovative sustainable and resilient solutions throughout the project lifecycle -
