Role Description

As a Sales Manager / Sales Head at Aaryan Group, you will be the face of our premium real estate offerings, driving direct sales and nurturing high-value client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and understands the nuances of luxury real estate sales.

You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and delivering a seamless client experience that reflects the sophistication and quality associated with the Aaryan brand.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or high-end segments
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Well-versed with the Ahmedabad real estate market and buyer behaviour
- Ability to independently manage client interactions from enquiry to handover
- A client-first approach with a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle expectations
