Role Description:-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Bihar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with hostel owners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting our platform to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing feedback to the management team to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:-
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality or real estate sector
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of hostel management operations is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
