Company Description Why work for Accor We are far more than a worldwide leader We welcome you as you are and you can find a job and brand that matches your personality We support you to grow and learn every day making sure that work brings purpose to your life so that during your journey with us you can continue to explore Accor s limitless possibilities By joining Accor every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow s hospitality Discover the life that awaits you at Accor visit https careers accor com Do what you love care for the world dare to challenge the status quo BELIMITLESS We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Guest Services to join our hotel in Jaipur India As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest services ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty Lead and inspire a team of guest service professionals fostering a culture of excellence Ensure the smooth daily operations of the hotel by coordinating effortlessly across key departments including Front Office Food Beverage Housekeeping and Engineering departments Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to service delivery Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences Manage budgets and financial performance of the guest services division Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative guest service initiatives Ensure compliance with hotel standards policies and procedures Handle high-profile guests and resolve complex guest issues Represent the hotel at industry events and foster relationships with key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field advanced degree or relevant certifications e g Certified Hotel Administrator preferred Minimum 7-10 years of experience in hospitality management with a proven track record in guest services leadership roles Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders at all levels Strong leadership and team management abilities with a talent for motivating and developing staff Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills particularly in high-pressure situations Proficiency in hospitality management software and technologies Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budget management In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality operations standards and best practices Understanding of Indian hospitality market trends and cultural nuances Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required Fluency in English knowledge of Hindi and or other Indian languages will be an advantage Additional Information Service oriented with an eye for details Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team Self-motivated and energetic
