**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries and requests, handling reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- HOSPITALITY (hotel industry): 1 year (preferred)
- hotel sales: 1 year (preferred)
