Responsibilities The Administrative Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure effective management of the iTeach Schools office and operations of iTeach Schools in Navi Mumbai. A- Office & Vendor Management - IT Asset Management procurement, distribution, collection, repairs & maintenance of laptops as per process. - Inventory Management and Asset Audit. - Manage office purchasesprinting, stationery, and materials. - Housekeeping and facility management. - Coordinate regularly with the Central Office for work. - Manage petty cash. - Manage staff attendance. - Maintain & update reports as per requirement. - Assist in vendor identification/management. B- Event Management - Coordinate for various office and organizational events. - Assist in planning and executing all operations of the eventsvenue, food, logistics, and transport. - Assist in school operation-related activities and central team programs. Pre-requisites - Educational Qualification: Graduation (any stream) - Experience: Minimum 2 year of Administrative Work experience - Computer Knowledge: Able to work on MS Office/Emails/ Google-based apps like Drive, Sheets, etc. - Must be able to write and type in English, Hindi & Marathi and understand and speak English. - Ready to travel within the city.
