Job Description

- Generate sales of residential plots through direct sourcing as well as through a network of freelance agents
- Identify and approach potential buyers through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of freelancers to support business growth
- Provide clients with complete information about available plots, legal documents, and site visits
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sale assistance when required
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved as per company guidelines
- Keep records of leads, inquiries, and conversions for regular reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project developments

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate or 12th pass
- Experience in real estate sales, especially residential plots, is mandatory
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and manage a freelance sales team
- Target-oriented with a self-driven attitude
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
