Staying updated on the real estate market trends and property values is essential. Qualifications - Possession of a valid Real Estate License - Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets - Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - A proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets - Familiarity with the Patiala real estate market is an advantage - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
