Primary Responsibilities: - Sales Order booking in ERP system - Customer accounts reconciliation, bill submission, payment follow up - Maintain Tender sheet daily - Prepare cost sheets, price comparisons, and profitability analysis. - Manage contract documentation, approvals, LOI/PO acceptance, and commercial clarifications. Essential Skills:. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with tendering formats. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Desirable Skills and Experience: - Exposure to government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, MSTC, etc.). Personal Attributes: - Highly motivated self-starter. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. - Strong long-term commitment to making the company a success.
