We are seeking a Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline communication.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop chatbot applications using various frameworks and technologies.
- Integrate chatbot solutions with existing systems and APIs.
- Conduct user testing and refine chatbot interactions based on feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to enhance user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in chatbot development or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in chatbots.
- Ability to work with APIs and web services for integration purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
