JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Account Assistant

Qualification: B. Com

Work Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Key roles and Responsibilities: -

- Accurately inputting financial data, updating records, and maintaining accurate financial file.
- Assist The Sr. Accountant with Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payments, preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Entering information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- general support to staff members and other departments.
- Understanding of GST, TDS & other Statutory Norms.

Skills: -

- Knowledge of Tally, Excel & Basic Computer Literacy.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills.
- Attention to detail, Time management.
