Profile introduction:

- The Accounts Assistant supports the financial team by assisting with various tasks related to the maintenance and processing of financial transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record-Keeping**: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
- **Processing Transactions**: Assist in processing invoices, expense forms, and payments.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Assisting with Audits**: Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and financial reports.
- **Assisting Financial Reports**: Help in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in administrative tasks related to the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and proficiency in MS Excel.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Languages:

- **English, Hindi, Marathi

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
