India Purpose of the Role The GFCD QA Programs MI and Technology Analyst will report into the GFCD QA Head of QA Programs MI and Technology This position has been created for the purpose of supporting the team with the maintenance and continuous development of QA Tools and MI arrangements that are in the process of being deployed across the organisation In addition to these key responsibilities the Analyst will support the Global GFCD QA Team on an ad-hoc basis with program management activities Main Responsibilities Manage Drive performance of GFCD QA MI team at MGS Ensure performance management of the staff along with accountability on all key timelines milestones for the MI program Ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of QA Tools that are currently Excel based workbooks Design drive change in the MI process through consistent automation scalability effectiveness Efficiency Monitor areas of innovation in the market that can lead to further operational and cost efficiencies for QA execution and ascertain suitability for implementation within MUFG Providing training and technical support to colleagues across the organisation on use of the QA Tools Supporting the Head of QA Programs MI and Technology with the production and distribution of management information metrics Supporting the Global GFCD QA Team on an ad-hoc basis with program management activities Working with other Global and Regional QA Stakeholders to support the roll out of QA programs Using data visualisation techniques and statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful analytical insights on QA results and QA team performance Requirements Experience 10 years experience working in a data technology focused role in a financial services organisation Experience in building end user developed applications with MS Excel Access Power Automate or similar Business Object oriented platforms Strong VBA experience with a focus on increasing efficiency for end users through Macros and other automation preferable Experience analysing large data sets using statistical software and or data visualisation tools such as Tableau Detail-oriented and organized execution and ability to multitask Collaborative with strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and initiate and prioritize own work Ability to work with teams of project managers Strong judgement and analytical skills Education Bachelor s degree or above Preferred Skills but not required Basic knowledge of financial crimes systems including KYC Sanctions Transaction Monitoring and Case Management Experience interacting with financial crime subject matter experts Knowledge of database structures back end functions and data environments
