What You'll Do As our Site Lead, you will be the linchpin of our Jaipur operations, responsible for orchestrating excellence across all facets: - Operational Command: Spearhead day-to-day operations, ensuring peak performance, consistent productivity, and uncompromising quality standards at our Jaipur facility. - Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of 100150 data annotators, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. - Workflow & Resource Management: Orchestrate seamless workflow coordination, manage attendance, enforce discipline, and optimize resource allocation in close partnership with HR and Project Managers. - Infrastructure & Logistics: Champion the establishment and meticulous maintenance of state-of-the-art infrastructure, including systems, seating arrangements, and essential logistics to support a thriving work environment. - Performance & Reporting: Drive performance through insightful data analysis, meticulously tracking project targets and daily progress using advanced reporting tools. - Strategic Liaison: Act as the pivotal bridge between on-site operations and the central office, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and strategic execution. - Problem Solving & Delivery: Master real-time operational challenges, proactively identify solutions, and ensure smooth, on-time project delivery for our global clientele.
