Job Summary Ox Connections LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Machine Operator Production Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Wire Harness Manufacturing Unit This role involves operating machines ensuring quality standards and supervising a team of up to 20 subordinates The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of wire harness production quality control and team leadership Key Responsibilities Operate and oversee wire harness production machines cutting crimping stripping soldering welding Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 20 operators and helpers across the production line Ensure quality checks are performed at every stage of the assembly and final product Allocate work monitor productivity and ensure timely order completion Train team members on machine operation safety standards and SOP adherence Perform visual and technical inspections using tools like multimeters and calipers Maintain production records machine logs and inspection sheets accurately Report any deviations breakdowns or quality issues to the Production Manager Maintain safety discipline and cleanliness on the shop floor Required Qualifications Experience 2-5 years in wire harness manufacturing or electrical assembly line Education ITI Diploma Electrical Mechanical preferred Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle machine troubleshooting and team supervision Working knowledge of wire harness layouts wiring diagrams and crimping standards Quality assurance mindset Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM What We Offer Fixed monthly salary performance-based incentives Stable long-term role with opportunities to grow into line management Supportive work culture and training for skill upgrades Bonus based on team productivity and quality performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
