We are looking for a **"*Process Operator **" **for the **Vadpe location. *

**Experience: 1+ Years**

We are looking for a Process Operator to help our production cycles by operating and maintaining the machinery. You will be required to set up machines, cleaning, sugar syrup preparation, before the production cycle, control and adjust the settings of the machines and blend, and mix raw material for automated machinery. Your contribution will help increase the efficiency of our production flow and therefore better the output.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep sanitizing all lines before the production begins.
- Ensure the process section are regularly checked and cleaned.
- Monitor and control the machine's performance and settings.
- Regularly conduct tests of the lines performance and operating capacity.
- Inspect pumps, motors, and machinery with appropriate tools.
- syrup making, blending, homogenization, pasteurization, RO treatment
- Check the output flow of pasteurizer for the filling machine and identify any issues.
- Maintenance of Cooling tower, RO, Process tanks, pumps, motors, PLC, HMI, etc
- Keep an updated database on all of the machines information, defective units and final products.
- Maintain a log of the activity.
- Regularly submit performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Min ITI/Diploma (Fitter, Welder, Electrician) or Graduate with any technical degree.
- Prior experience as a machine operator.
- Strong knowledge of a heavy duty and high-speed machinery.
- Strong ability to use measurement tools.
- Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations.
- Ability to read manuals
- Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
