Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Growth Manager to lead the growth and P&L management of our international business categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the chemical industry, excellent market insights, and established networks in these regions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in the global growth or strategy function
- Demonstrated P&L management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to actively travel overseas for business purposes

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Atomgrid's presence in international markets
- Drive revenue growth and manage the P&L for the category, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and marketing to tailor offerings to regional needs.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Represent Atomgrid at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings in the target regions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and quality standards.
