Roles & responsibilities:.

- The Senior Manager Digital Production will oversee the end-to-end digital production process across Albertsons Companies' websites and apps, ensuring seamless execution of content workflows, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.

- In partnership with the onshore digital production manager and team, this role is responsible for managing the digital production team, including a Senior Digital Producer, Digital Producers, and two Coordinators, ensuring all incoming content requests are processed efficiently and executed flawlessly.

- Reporting to the Director of Digital Production & Content Operations, the Senior Production Manager will be responsible for both production execution and request intake operations, ensuring that workflows in monday.com are set up accurately and all teams have clear visibility into project timelines.

- They will play a critical role in optimizing production workflows, overseeing communication between coordinators, requesters, and the production team, and ensuring alignment on project priorities.

Responsibilities:.

- Oversee the digital production team, including Senior Digital Producer, Digital Producers, and two Coordinators, ensuring efficient content authoring and workflow management across Albertsons websites and apps.

- Manage and optimize the intake process for content requests, ensuring that Coordinators properly capture and document all details in monday.com for seamless handoff to the production team.

- Ensure smooth collaboration between Coordinators, Producers, and Requesters, facilitating communication and alignment on project timelines, priorities, and requirements.

- Ensure all production work meets business requirements, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines before publishing.

- Monitor content workflows in monday.com, ensuring that all tasks are correctly assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.

- Lead issue resolution and process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.

- Oversee QA and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring all published content is error-free and meets user experience standards.

- Track and document technical issues related to content authoring and display in JIRA, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

- Train, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance, detail-oriented culture.

- Partner with the Director of Digital Production & Content Ops to establish long-term strategies for scaling production operations, improving workflows, and integrating automation where possible.

Experience Required:.

Qualifications:.

- 8-10 years of experience in digital production, content operations, or a similar role within a large-scale digital environment.

- Proven experience managing high-performing teams, including Digital Producers and Coordinators.

- Expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or other enterprise-level CMS platforms.

- Strong understanding of structured workflows and task management, particularly within monday.com or similar project management tools.

- Experience tracking and reporting bugs in JIRA or other issue-tracking platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to streamline complex workflows.
