At PKL LIMITED, Hyderabad, is looking for passionate professionals at multiple levels in Quality Assurance department.

- Quality Assurance Manager / Senior Professional – Lead the QA function, audits, certifications, compliance, and customer quality management.
- Quality Assurance Engineer – Conduct inspections, ensure compliance with standards (BIS/PESO/ISO), and drive continuous improvements.
- Junior Quality Engineer / Diploma Engineer – Support inspection activities, maintain documentation, and assist in QA/QC processes on the shop floor.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to ISO / BIS / PESO / statutory standards.
- Conduct inward, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage quality audits, certifications, and customer inspections.
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, calibration logs, and inspection reports.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

- Manager: B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production/ Industrial or relevant fields with 6–8 yrs exp. (2–3 yrs in leadership role).
- Engineer: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production or relevant fields with 3–6 yrs exp. in QA/QC.
- Junior Engineer: Diploma with 1–3 yrs exp. in manufacturing QA/QC.
- Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, NDT Level II, Internal Auditor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, welding quality standards, and inspection tools.
- Hands-on with ERP systems, MS Office, and QA reporting.
