Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Mendix Developer, Mendix (Low code platform) We are seeking a skilled Mendix Developer to join our team and contribute to building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mendix application development, a solid understanding of agile methodologies, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions. Responsibilities . Design, develop, and deploy applications using the Mendix low-code platform. . Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional applications. . Build custom widgets, microflows, and integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, OData, APIs). . Ensure application scalability, performance, and security best practices. . Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). . Maintain documentation, testing, and version control for all applications. . Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing Mendix applications. . Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Good experience in Mendix application development (or low-code platforms with Mendix certification preferred). . Hands-on experience with microflows, domain models, pages, and data integration. . Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). . Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Mendix Rapid or Advanced Developer Certification. . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. . Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks for custom extensions. . Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or financial services (domain-specific experience). . Exposure to DevOps, version control (Git), and automated testing tools. Why join Genpact .
