Job Title: Senior AI Analyst Location: Bangalore (Full-time, On-site/Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking a Senior AI Analyst to support end-to-end product development and analytics initiatives. You’ll work with large datasets, develop AI-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and transform complex datasets using advanced data wrangling and preprocessing techniques. - Design and maintain data pipelines integrating information from multiple sources. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights. - Develop and deploy AI-based analytical models using Python and SQL. - Create insightful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Excel. - Translate AI model results into actionable recommendations for technical and business teams. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to operationalize AI solutions. - Evaluate and fine-tune ML models for performance, scalability, and business relevance. - Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in AI analysis, data science, or analytics. - Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL. - Proven skills in EDA, statistical modeling (regression, classification, clustering), and data pipeline development. - Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for visualization and reporting. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and version control (Git) preferred. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Exposure to Retail or CPG industry is an added advantage. -
