Job Title Relationship Engagement Manager REM Location Bangalore India Experience 8 years Industry Consulting Staffing emagine is a leading European consultancy delivering high-end IT and Business services Headquartered in Denmark and established in 1994 we have been enabling top-tier organizations with cutting-edge consulting solutions across Europe Since 2018 emagine has built a strong presence in India with its office located in the heart of India s Silicon Valley - Bangalore Our India operations are supported by a dynamic leadership team and a strong management foundation We play a key role in global project delivery talent solutions and consulting services supporting clients with agility and excellence across domains With a growing team of skilled professionals emagine India continues to contribute significantly to the company s global success delivering value-driven services with precision and passion Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Relationship Engagement Manager REM to drive seamless employee experience and operational excellence across our contract workforce This role demands strong relationship-building capabilities HR operational expertise and a deep understanding of consulting staffing dynamics The REM will act as a key bridge between internal teams deployed consultants and client stakeholders to ensure effective workforce management and engagement Key Responsibilities 1 Consultant Lifecycle Management Manage onboarding confirmation extension and exit processes for contract employees Coordinate issuance of offer letters contracts and onboarding documents Ensure smooth induction background verification and timely joining 2 Client Consultant Engagement Serve as the single point of contact for consultants deployed at client sites Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure consultant satisfaction and retention Facilitate regular check-ins feedback sessions and performance reviews 3 Compliance Documentation Ensure end-to-end compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC Gratuity Shops Establishments etc Maintain accurate consultant records and documentation in line with audit requirements Coordinate with compliance and legal teams vendors for timely updates and filings 4 Payroll Attendance Coordination Liaise with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate disbursal of consultant salaries Manage attendance tracking timesheet collection and client approvals Resolve any payroll discrepancies or concerns raised by consultants 5 Employee Engagement Grievance Redressal Design and drive engagement initiatives for contract staff Address consultant queries grievances and escalation matters promptly Foster a positive consultant experience throughout the engagement cycle 6 Reporting Stakeholder Communication Prepare and share MIS reports engagement trackers and consultant dashboards Provide proactive updates to internal leadership and client teams Support client audits and workforce reviews with necessary documentation Qualifications MBA PGDM in Human Resources or related field is a plus Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Operations Employee Engagement or Client Relationship Management within the staffing consulting industry Strong understanding of compliance and consultant lifecycle in India Proficient in MS Office HRMS and reporting tools Key Competencies Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills High ownership and attention to detail Empathy responsiveness and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmen
